At Steve Flint Custom Homes, we have developed and put into place proven systems to painlessly guide you through the process of building a true custom home. We provide a detailed fixed price bid, so you'll know exactly what your new home will include.  After construction begins, you may think of something you would like to change.  We are happy to make those changes through detailed change orders, preventing any unexpected surprises.

 

At Steve Flint Custom Homes, we are proud of our keen attention to detail and unwavering commitment to our clients. We keep you constantly informed through e-mail, phone calls, and site visits.  And, to further demonstrate how important we believe communication is, you'll be given the personal cell phone numbers of each member of our team.
